During May, our Primary 1 class explored Measures in Numeracy, focusing on area and capacity through a range of practical activities. Through hands-on learning, they developed their understanding of measurement while using mathematical language to describe and explain their thinking.
The children also enjoyed spending time with their friends from St Malachy’s at Lansdowne Park, Portrush, for their end-of-year trip. They had great fun taking part in a range of activities together, creating happy memories, strengthening friendships and celebrating a fantastic year of learning.
Well done to all our Primary 1 pupils for their enthusiasm, curiosity and positive attitudes to learning this month.
