The Doherty Cup semi-final proved to be a challenging game of football, culminating in a thrilling 2-2 draw at full time. After an additional 10 minutes of extra play, the teams remained level at 3-3. In a tense penalty shootout, five brave volunteers stepped forward to take the penalties, with Harpur’s Hill emerging victorious, with thanks to Jacob Allen’s exceptional saves and targeted shots.
It was a great day of football, showcasing the spirit and talent of our students. Thank you to all who supported the event, whether as players, substitutes, or spectators; together, we strengthen our school community.
