P7 Learn Vital Water Safety Skills with RNLI Visit

15th Dec 2025
Our Primary 7 class had a great trip down to the town hall to meet the RNLI, who taught us all about water safety.

We learned about the important job the RNLI do and how they help keep people safe near water. The team showed us what to do if we ever get into trouble in the water, including how to 'Float to Live' and how to get help by calling 999 and asking for the Coastguard.

Everyone listened to carefully, asked lots of great questions and really enjoyed the visit. It was a fun and important way to learn how to be safe.

A big thank you to all at the RNLI for an excellent visit.
